A: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, Monday to Saturday. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on the way, so you can follow it every step.
A: You have 60 days from delivery to return anything you are not happy with. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, so email support@buffalo-gears.com first and we will walk you through the next steps.
A: For now we only deliver within Ireland. We want to do one market really well first. If that ever changes, the people on our newsletter will be the first to hear about it.
A: Every item we sell carries a 1-year manufacturing-defect warranty. If something goes wrong that should not, email support@buffalo-gears.com with your order number and we will sort it out, whether that means a repair, a replacement or a refund.
A: At checkout you can pay with all the major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), and Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Everything runs through Shopify's secure checkout with full SSL encryption, so your details stay safe.
A: Yes. Everything in the shop is hands-on tested by someone on the team before it makes the shelf. If it cannot earn its place in our own packs, we do not stock it. No catalog filler.
A: Each product page has a size guide where it applies. If you are between sizes or just not sure, email us at support@buffalo-gears.com with your details and we will help you pick the right fit before you order.
A: Possibly. If your order has not been packed and handed to the courier yet, we can usually adjust or cancel it. Drop a quick email to support@buffalo-gears.com as soon as you can and we will sort it out.
A: Always check the care label first. As a general rule: brush off mud after each trip, let your gear air dry away from direct heat, and refresh any waterproof coating once or twice a season. Treated well, good kit will last for years.
A: We are sorry that happened. Send us a message at support@buffalo-gears.com within 7 days of delivery with a couple of photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund right away.
A: Yes. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on the way. You can also check the status any time using the Track your order link in the site header.
