Do you offer free shipping?
Yep, free shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no fine print, no catch. We deliver it free across Ireland.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders land within 3 to 7 business days, Monday to Saturday. Once your parcel is on the way you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
At checkout you can pay with all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Everything runs through Shopify's secure checkout with full SSL encryption, so your details stay safe.
What is Buffalo Gears?
Buffalo Gears is a small Ireland-based outdoor gear shop. We carry a curated range of kit for hiking, camping and everyday adventures, chosen because we'd actually use it ourselves. Less browsing, more being outside.
Do you ship internationally?
For now we only deliver within Ireland. We want to do one market really well first. If that ever changes, the people on our newsletter will be the first to hear about it.
Can I update or cancel my order?
Possibly. If your order has not been packed and handed to the courier yet, we can usually adjust or cancel it. Drop us a line at support@buffalo-gears.com as soon as you can and we will sort it out for you.
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
The first stop is the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If 7 business days have passed and your parcel still isn't with you, send us a message at support@buffalo-gears.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return anything you are not happy with. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Just email support@buffalo-gears.com and we'll walk you through the steps. One heads-up: return shipping is at the buyer's cost, so we'd rather help you pick the right thing the first time.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do. If you want a different size, colour or model, send a note to support@buffalo-gears.com and we'll help you swap it for the one that fits.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, we process the refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show up on your statement, so do not panic if you are not seeing it instantly.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify's secure infrastructure with full SSL encryption. We never store your card details ourselves, and your personal information is handled with care and only used to fulfil your order.
