A smooth delivery experience

At Buffalo Gears, we want shopping to feel effortless from the moment you place your order to the moment your parcel arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Ireland only. We are focused on offering the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, we will let our community know first.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend or hidden conditions. The price you see at checkout already includes delivery.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery within Ireland then takes 2 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days in total.

Daily Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (Dublin), Monday through Saturday, start processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff roll over to the next business day's queue.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also track your order any time via the Track your order link in our site header.

Delays

We do our best to dispatch every order on time. If your parcel has not arrived after 7 business days, email us at support@buffalo-gears.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
