When you are charged

Payment is taken the moment you place your order, which confirms your purchase and lets us start processing it. Occasionally your bank may place a brief pre-authorization hold before finalising the charge; this is a normal part of the payment process and nothing to worry about.

Trouble at checkout

Currency
