Buffalo Gears offers outdoor gear and equipment through the Website. These Terms set out the rights and responsibilities that apply between Buffalo Gears and everyone who uses it. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Website or our services.

Our store runs on Shopify Inc., which provides the technical platform behind our online operations.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so under the laws of your country of residence, or that a parent or guardian has given consent on behalf of a dependent minor.

Using the Website unlawfully, including breaching copyright law, is not allowed. Introducing viruses, malicious code or other harmful software is also prohibited. Breaking these rules can lead to your access being withdrawn immediately.

We may restrict anyone's access to the Website or our services at our discretion. Information you share (aside from payment details) may travel across different networks and be adapted to meet technical requirements; payment information itself is always encrypted in transit.

You're not permitted to copy, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Website, our services or our contact details without our written permission beforehand. Headings throughout these Terms exist purely for convenience and don't affect how the Terms are interpreted.

We can't promise that everything on the Website is accurate, complete or fully up to date. Content is provided for general information and shouldn't be treated as personalised advice.

Some information may be outdated and kept only for reference. We may update or change content at any time but aren't obliged to. It's on you to check the Website for the latest version.

Prices can change at any time without notice. We may also modify or discontinue services, products or parts of the Website whenever we choose, and we're not liable for any price changes, interruptions or discontinuations that result.

Section 5 - Product information

Some products may be sold exclusively through the Website and are subject to availability. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund policy.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, though colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. We reserve the right to limit sales to certain regions or groups, change product details at any time, and withdraw any offer where local law doesn't allow it. We don't guarantee that products will meet your personal expectations or that every defect will be resolved.

We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, and we may limit how many of an item one person, household or order can include. If your order is affected, we'll contact you using the details you gave us.

We're not required to keep it confidential, pay for it, or respond to it, and we can remove anything we consider inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or unlawful.

You confirm that anything you submit doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights, doesn't contain harmful code, and isn't false or misleading. You're responsible for what you send us, and we take no responsibility for user-generated or third-party content shown on the Website.

Every now and then, the Website or our Services may contain typos, inaccuracies or missing details, particularly around product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, delivery times or stock availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order at any time and without prior notice, even after it's been placed, if something turns out to be incorrect. We're not obliged to update or clarify information on the Website except where the law requires it, and an update date shown somewhere on the site doesn't mean everything is current.

Buffalo Gears, along with its employees, partners, suppliers and affiliates, isn't liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or replacement costs, even where we've been told such damages are possible. Where the law limits how far liability can be restricted, the minimum permitted limit applies instead.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Buffalo Gears harmless, along with its affiliates, employees, agents and directors, against any third-party claims, demands, liabilities or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, breach of any law, or infringement of someone else's rights.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply in full. The invalid part will be enforced as far as the law allows.

Section 16 - Termination

Any obligations that arose before termination remain valid afterwards. You can stop using the Website at any time and let us know, which ends this agreement.

If you breach these Terms, we can end this agreement without prior notice, and any outstanding obligations will still apply. We may also suspend your access to our Services.

Section 17 - Complete agreement

If we don't enforce part of these Terms on one occasion, that doesn't mean we've given up that right. Together with any policies and notices we refer to, these Terms form the entire agreement between you and Buffalo Gears, replacing any earlier agreements, written or spoken. Ambiguities in these Terms won't automatically be read against whoever drafted them.

These Terms, and any related agreements about our Services, are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Section 19 - Changes to these Terms

The most current version of these Terms always lives on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of them by publishing the new version on the Website. It's your responsibility to check back for updates, and continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Section 20 - Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 60 days of delivery, provided it's unused, in its original condition, and includes its original packaging. There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email support@buffalo-gears.com with your order number; return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend sending it with tracking. Once we've inspected your return, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Full details are set out in our Refund policy.
